By downloading or using LiftForm, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What LiftForm does

LiftForm is a workout tracking app with AI-powered form analysis and smart suggestions. It is a fitness tool, not a medical device.

Not medical advice

LiftForm provides fitness tracking and AI-generated feedback for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or modifying any exercise program. Use the app at your own risk.

AI features

Form check scores, coaching feedback, smart suggestions, workout summaries, and generated plans are produced by AI and may not always be accurate. These features are tools to assist your training — not replace your judgment. You are responsible for deciding what weight to lift and how to perform exercises safely.

Subscriptions

  • LiftForm Pro is available as a monthly ($5.99/mo) or annual ($44.99/yr) auto-renewable subscription.
  • A 7-day free trial is available for new users. No credit card is required for the trial.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Your data

Your workout data is stored locally on your device. We don't have access to it. If you delete the app, your data is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the app, abuse the AI features, or use LiftForm for anything illegal. We may suspend access to AI features if we detect misuse.

Limitation of liability

LiftForm is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated feedback.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of LiftForm after changes constitutes acceptance.
